At OPAL & REU., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our policy carefully before starting a return.
1. Return Window
1.1 You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
1.2 After 14 days, returns are no longer eligible.
2. Eligibility Requirements
2.1 Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
2.2 All tags must be attached
2.3 Items must be in original condition
2.4 Items must be free of stains, odors, or signs of wear
2.5 Items that do not meet these standards may be refused.

3.4 Items marked “Final Sale” "Closing Sale"

5. Exchanges
5.1 We offer free size exchanges for the same item (subject to availability).
5.2 If your size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
5.3 Exchanges must follow the same eligibility rules as returns.
6. Return Process
6.1 Email info@opalrue.com with your order number.
6.2 Wait for approval and instructions.
6.3 Ship the item within 7 days of approval.
6.4 Returns sent without approval may be refused.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
7.1 Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
7.2 Include photos of the issue.
7.3 We will resolve it at no cost to you.
8. Processing Time
8.1 Returns are processed within 5–10 business days after arrival.
8.2 Store credit is issued via email.
8.3 Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank.
9. Lost Return Packages
9.1 We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
9.2 We recommend tracked shipping.
10. Excessive Returns
10.1 We reserve the right to refuse returns from customers with excessive return activity.
11. Order Cancellations
11.1 Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
11.2 After 12 hours, processing may have started and cancellation may not be possible.
11.3 If the order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
