1. Processing Time

Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (New York time) will be processed the next business day

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day


2. Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to the shipping carrier.

Estimated shipping times:

Destination Estimated Shipping Time
United States 5–7 business days
International 7–14 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Total Delivery Time

Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Example: If processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 6 business days, your total delivery time will be approximately 8 business days.


4. Shipping Days

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.


5. Order Cut-Off Time

To begin processing the same day, orders must be placed before 5:00 PM (New York time) on a business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.


6. Shipping Rates

We offer Free Shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated during promotional periods.

Any additional shipping options, if available, will be shown at checkout.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery status.


8. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

OPAL & REU. is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


9. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather disruptions

  • Carrier service delays

  • Customs inspections

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, OPAL & REU. is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you believe your package was stolen, please contact the carrier directly.
